A Group of three Japanese wood netsuke, 19th Century
the first carved in relief with a a young boy, surrounded by masks of Hyottoko and Kitsune, a taiko drum and crotal; the masks of Warai-jo and a laughing Uba sitting on a neatly tied bunko box, signed Masakata; the last of a group of nine Noh and Kyogen masks; and a wood okimono of a fish, eyes inlaid -- 7 7/16in.
