carved in the Northern Qi-style, with serene facial expression, downcast eyes and pendulous earlobes, the hair in rows of tight curls -- 10½in. (26.7cm.) high; and a small stone head of Buddha, carved in the Northern Wei-style -- 8in. (20.3cm.) high, both on square metal stands. (2)
