A Chinese brown glazed pottery jar, 12th century
with short everted neck, carved around the body with continuous bands of stylised scrolling foliage -- 6¾in. (7.2cm.) high; a celadon glazed bowl carved to the exterior with stiff leaves -- 6¾in. (17.1cm.) diam, 14th century; two celadon dishes -- the largest 6in. (15.2cm.) diam; a brown glazed ewer -- 5¼in. (13.4cm.) high, 15th century; two jarlets, one with four lug handles -- 3½in. (8.9cm.) high max; and a brown glazed hexagonal ewer moulded with panels of dragons -- 5½in. (14cm.) high, circa 1700. (8)
