Four Chinese teabowls and saucers, 18th century
comprising a pair of famille rose decorated sets, the tea bowls with straight flaring sides, depicting a lover calling out of a window to the waiting gentleman below; a famille verte set, painted with a large stylised flowerhead, and petals; and a famille rose set with grisaille and gilt decoration of a beautiful lady and her attendant -- 4½in. (11.5cm.) diam max. (4)
