The brown painted wooden 'stoel' flanked to each side by a vase-shaped ear, the polychrome painted dial decorated with a village scenes above the Roman chapter ring, brass hands, the hour hand with alarm disc and brass pointer, pierced gilt lead ornaments to the top and sides with parrots, foliage and cornucopiae, the movement with four spirally twist pillars with stepped square feet, verge escapement, strike and alarm on bell above, the back plate with various restorers' inscriptions; pendulum, three brass weights
