The funnel bowl with an aristocratic gentleman proposing to a lady within a formal entrance gate, upon a tile-paved floor vignette flanked by scrolling flower branches, underneath the inscription T. GOET SUCCES VAN T HUWLYK, 'to the good fortune of the wedding', on multi-knopped hollow stem, conical folded foot
