Almost identical to the chair in the preceding lot, this chair displays the same idiosyncratic use of three pins joining the splat and the side rails and the two chairs were undoubtedly made in the same shop. This chair exhibits a slightly broader central arch in the front seat rail and ogee rather than scalloped shaping on the side rails, illustrating the shop's use of small variances in decorative details on the same basic chair model.
