Probably German, 19th century
The lid with champleve enamel mounts and inscribed 'WB' beneath a crown, the frieze carved in low relief with classical figures, Trotons, Nereids, seahorses and dolphins, the cover possibly associated
2½in. (6.5cm.) high; 3¾in. (4.5cm.) diameter
