Of waisted form, incised with scrolling tendrils and flowerheads outlined in cobalt blue, on a domed foot, applied with strap handles, the underside bearing paper label with inscription 'Found amongst Helen Welch's things, 1943? From Park Hall, Thomas Goddard? Palmer 1761?'
