"The 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon Limited Reserve offers up a moderately intense nose of sour cherries, toasty, smoky new oak, and vanillin. Although crisp, with high acidity, the wine's more intense flavor profile helps to push the acidity to the background. This is a medium-bodied, fresh, and vibrant wine, but the acidic edge will always subdue and restrain the wine's richness, as well as conceal its flavors and texture. It will age for 15+ years."
