Sugimura Jihei (act. ca. 1681-97) Sumizuri-e of a cavalcade of five female warriors in festival parade, several with fanciful banners, a foot-soldier with glaive beside the lead horse, unsigned but the name Sugimura appears on the banner of the rider second from left--fine impression, restoration dai oban yoko-e: 30.8 x 56.2cm.
