Four Ichijo School Kozuka
Late Edo period (19th century), the first signed signed Hashimoto Isshu (Kazuhide) and with kao, the second signed Kamo Ariyoshi and kao, the fourth inscribed Goto Ichijo
The first a silver migaki-ji kozuka with a dragonfly above a stream carved in taka-bori with gold highlights, the reverse with water plants in gold and silver hira-zogan; the second a shibuichi migaki-ji kozuka with a peony and dragonfly rendered in silver and gold taka-zogan; the third a shakudo tsuchime-ji kozuka with a crane and a bushy-tailed tortoise inlaid in gold hira-zogan; the fourth a shibuichi migaki-ji kozuka with travelers before Mount Fuji in katakiri-bori and silver and gold hira-zogan, the reverse inscribed with a poem against a background of autumn grasses
