Laced in purple and orange and decorated with gold-lacquer paulownia and fan crests, heraldic crest of the Satake family, the armor comprising a kawari kabuto designed in the shape of a Chinese courtier's cap in red lacquer with an ishime finish, the simple zunari bowl lacquered black and fitted with a four-lame neck guard, the lowest lame lacquered nashiji with paulownia vines and crests in gold lacquer, the front of the helmet mounted with a large silver-lacquer crescent maedate; black-lacquer face mask with a hinged nose piece and applied with a white boar-bristle moustache and chin tuft; the two-plate solid Hotoke do cuirass covered with textile decorated with scrolling vines, the top section of the cuirass of kiritsuke kozane with the muna-ita, waki-ita and oshitsuke no ita lacquered nashiji with gold-lacquer crests, the cuirass fitted with seven sections of five-lame tassets, the lowest lacquered with paulownia crests; chu-sode and shino-gote sleeves with gold-lacquer vines on the forearm splints; Etchu haidate and tsustu suneate; wood storage box; wood armor stand
