A GREYISH-GREEN JADE GU-FORM VASE
19TH CENTURY
Carved in Mughal style in shallow relief with fomalized foliate sprays on the mid-section between key-fret borders and with foliate-filled leaf-shaped lappets on the pedestal foot and flared neck, with loose rings suspended from curled leaves or flower stems on the narrow sides and below the mouth rim, the translucent stone of grey-green color with some russet coloring and opaque buff mottling
