Publisher's black (volume one) and blue (volume two) diced cloth, covers decorated in blind, spines lettered in gilt, uncut (corners rubbed, inner hinges of volume two split); half purple morocco gilt slipcases. Provenance: Kenyon Starling (bookplates).
