Modeled as the four-armed Avalokiteshvara and Tara standing addorsed on a kalasa base over a stepped plinth, their upper arms raised top support a waisted capital, wearing long flowing dhotis and richly adorned with beaded jewelry and foliate tiaras, the jewelry inset with hardstones and turquoise, the capital inscribed with the 2nd Tibetan letter kha
