Kändler, each seated on a rocky mound playing the hurdy-gurdy, he in a black hat, yellow jacket, white shirt, torn iron-red breeches and black shoes, a bag straped to his back, she in a green and puce headscarf, puce-lined black jacket, yellow bodice, torn white apron, iron-red skirt and black shoes, one showing her toes (he with restoration to brim of hat, legs and base, retouching to strap, she with restoration to tip of headscarf, left thumb and forefinger, right arm, apron and edge of base, slight chip to her nose)
