Modelled by Franz Kotta in low-relief with a bust-length portrait of a lady in profile to the left, wearing a high lace bonnet, against a biscuit ground within a glazed integral reeded frame, the reverse and top edge cut with a pierced aperture for suspension (stained hairline crack across neck through central section of plaque, very short crack to bonnet)
