The first painted with a views in rectangular black line and gilt band cartouches, the can with Gotha, the saucer with Da Sternwarte Seeberg., gilt band rims (slight wear to gilding and titles); the second painted in shades of sepia named below in dark-brown script, the can with Wartburg an der Strasfe von Vach., the saucer with Gotha von der Nordseite., gilt band rims (cup with rim chip and wear to rim, areas of wear to well of saucer, further slight wear) (2)
