Newton's letter that introduces this unique album reads: 'Dear Gert, This series of photographs was taken on one very hot day in August 1979* in the tiny apartment of Violetta Sanchez. She is a friend, a favourite model, an actress, a bodyguard at the door of "Les Bains Douches" in those days and model at Y.S.L.. Those were the first pictures I have taken of her. Helmut. *Paris.'
