FIRST EDITION. INSCRIBED BY LARTIGUE TO LEE WITKIN: "For Lee son ami J.H. Lartigue" and with drawings of suns and a flower. In an excellent example of the fragile dust-jacket. Together with a copy of the MoMA catalogue The Photographs of Jacques-Henri Lartigue (1963) inscribed by Lartigue to Witkin, "avec mes amitiés", signing both as "Jac" and with his full name. 101 Books, pp.200-01; The Open Book, pp. 264-65; Regards à travers le livre 160 ("without question the nicer of the two works based on the photographs of Lartigue").
