FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY INSCRIBED BY STERNFELD TO CAROLE KISMARIC: "For Carole, one of the last 30 copies for it's first champion. For all the years, all my love, Joel". WITH A CHROMOGENIC PRINT OF THE COVER IMAGE LAID-IN. Kismaric was an innovative editor of photobooks, and other publications, including Aperture. "American Prospects brought a new respect for color photography and a deeper understanding of American complexity" (101 Books).
