AN ASSEMBLED ORMOLU-MOUNTED SEVRES STYLE 'JEWELED' TURQUOISE-GROUND CLOCK GARNITURE

The clockcase of quatrefoil form, surmounted by a waisted oval vase painted with putti and flanked by female-bust herm handles, all highlighted with gilt scrolls and 'ruby' and white 'jewels'; the vases each of baluster form, painted with either putti gathering flowers or grapes, within a chased gilt and 'ruby', 'emerald' and white 'jewel' surround, the reverse with a bouquet, flanked by lion-mask handles suspending rings, on a conforming socle and canted square base
