A JAPANESE IMARI VASE
19TH CENTURY
Of baluster form, the scalloped gilt-painted edge above a reeded body decorated with foliage on a white ground, the underside with a blue palm tree mark; together with a small Japanese vase, early 20th century, by Tozan, the spreading body decorated with blue and white-painted flowers signed 'Tozan sei'
The large vase: 19 in. (48 cm.) high
The small vase: 9¾ in. (25 cm.) high (2)
