A SASSANIAN SILVER ALLOY FOOTED BOWL
CIRCA 5TH-7TH CENTURY A.D.
On high flaring foot, the bowl decorated with delicate fluting around the exterior, a parcel gilt band around the central interior tondo; and a Sassanian copper alloy jar, the piriform body with flaring shallow ribbed neck, circa 5th-7th Century A.D.
