LATE 2ND-3RD CENTURY A.D., ASIA MINOR
Of 'Sidamara' type, depicting a female head with a veil drawn over her centrally-parted wavy hair, with downward gaze and head turned to her right, against an elaborate architectural background, with a fragmentary cornice composed of bands of egg and dart mouldings, dentils and other motifs
8 5/8 x 10½ in. (22 x 26.7 cm.)

German private collection, formed during the 1960s-1970s.
