SECOND HALF OF 4TH CENTURY B.C.
Both sides with female head in profile wearing sakkos and diadem, palmette and volutes under each handle, 4 in. (10 cm.) high excl. handles; a Campanian red-figure squat lekythos, decorated with a winged kneeling Eros, palmette and tendrils on the reverse, upper neck and mouth missing, second half of 4th Century B.C., belonging to the Kneeling Eros Group, 3½ in. (9 cm.) high; and a Campanian black-glazed lekanis and lid, with vertical band of black stripes on reserved band below rim, the lid with double palmettes on the knob, spiral hooks around the rim edge, circa 330-300 B.C., 5¼ in. (13.5 cm.) diam. excl. handles (3)
