The shoulder with cross-linked lotus buds, the body painted with scene showing three male figures, comprising an armed warrior standing in profile to the left between two bearded elderly men, each seated on a stool and holding a spear, ivy tendrils in the field, 8 in. (20.5 cm.) high; and an Attic black-figure band skyphos, the reserved band showing same scene on both sides: a small figure of Dionysos seated on a stool and holding a large rhyton, vine tendrils in the field, a palmette and volute to either side by the handles (one missing), circa 500 B.C., 5¾ in.
