Comprising a multicoloured clavus strip with the figure of a standing saint wearing a halo between floral motifs, flanked by borders of interlocking coloured blocks, circa 6th-8th Century A.D., 10¾ in. (27.4 cm.) long; a russet brown monochrome clavus strip with dancing figures within a chain frieze, running animals at either side, bordered by tendrils and trefoil motifs, mounted, circa 6th-8th Century A.D., 12 3/8 in. (31.5 cm.) long; another with details in dark brown, the interlace frieze of linked tondos each with the running figure of a lion, an interlace rosette at either end, flanked by borders of elaborate interconnecting chains, mounted, circa 6th Century A.D., 11½ in. (29.2 cm.) long; and a clavus strip with three registers of stylized dancers with cymbals(?), each with right arm raised, details in russet brown and white, mounted in glazed frame, 4th-6th Century A.D., 12½ in.
