The arched cornice centred by a later carved eagle above astragal glazed doors enclosing eight red baize lined shelves, the lower section with a fallfront secretaire drawer, the interior fitted with an arrangement of eight satinwood drawers with turned bone handles, six pigeon holes and a later lined inset writing surface, below two further drawers each with turned mother-of-pearl inlaid handles, on splayed bracket feet
