SECOND HALF OF THE 17TH CENTURY, ALMOST CERTAINLY DERUTA
Painted in shades of ochre and pale-blue, the centre with flowers, foliage and stems sprouting from the border, with birds perched on the stems and with a hound and a hare before buildings below, within a continuous garland between ochre double concentric line borders, on a short shallow domed foot (section of foot broken and restuck with associated losses, large footrim chip)
10 in. (25.5 cm.) diam.
