With a ring issuing flowerheads draped with rope and pendant prisms and cascading rope chain prisms above a central husk-cast wheel issuing urn-form candle arms and palmettes loopped with rope chain and pendant prisms below a lower tier of rope prisms and a central small circle of pendant prisms surrounding a cut glass finial, eletrified, some replacements to palmettes and cut glass
