ZANABAZAR SCHOOL, 18TH CENTURY
Seated in dhyanasana on an elevated double-lotus base, her hands in varada and vitarka mudras, the left holding a flower spray, wearing a long flowing dhoti finely incised with foliage, beaded festoons, foliate necklace and a sash wrapped around her shoulders, her full rounded face with a benign expression surmounted by an elaborate foliate tiara, richly gilt overall
