Accompanied by Patek Philippe original sales tag and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1997 and its subsequent sale on 12 January 1998. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe 18K pink gold and wooden setting pin, presentation box and outer packaging.

Purchased by the present owner in 1998, it has never been offered in public before.

Reference 5015 was in production from 1995 until 1999. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 235.
