Wearing a black brimmed hat with yellow band, a yellow-lined brown cloak with sheepskin collar, gilt-buttoned iron-red waistcoat, white leggings and black shoes with red bows, standing on an oval mound base applied with flowers and leaves and playing a bagpipe
