DATED 1879 AND 1880, IMPRESSED FACTORY MARKS
One painted with the portrait bust of 'Serene Imperial Eleanore' with blossom in her hair, a verse after Tennyson to the border To stand apart and to adore/gazing on thee for evermore, initialled L.A.C and M.S.G and dated March 1879 to the reverse; the other with 'Enid the Fair' wearing a crown, the border with verse And clothed her for her Bridals like the Sun, initialled M.S.G and dated March 1880 to the reverse
