FIRST EDITION of Rechperger's scarce work on the astrolabe. It is divided into three chapters and provides instruction for their construction and their application to astronomy, astrology and geometry. Little is known about this doctor of medicine, philosophy and mathematics at Vienna save that he published a calendar at Vienna for the year 1612-13.
