O'Reilly has had numerous solo exhibitions, including The Hugh Lane Gallery, Dublin, 1996; the Galway Arts Centre, Galway, 1998; Vallois Sculpture Gallery, Paris, 2004; and the Mayor Gallery, London, 2004. Selected commissions include The Boundry Kings, Street Sculpture, Thomas Street, Dublin 1998; and Bird, Street Sculpture, O'Connell Street, Dublin, 1998.

O'Reilly's works are on permanent display at the Hugh Lane Gallery, Dublin.
