A blue and white 'klapmuts' bowl and a deep serving dish
Kangxi and 18th Century
The 'klapmuts' bowl painted to the exterior with ladies and boys at play in a terraced rockwork garden below a band of Buddhist symbols, the interior roundel painted with two boys, Chenghua six character mark, Kangxi, some rim frits, 15.5 cm. diam.; and an oblong octagonal bowl painted to the interior with two peacocks in a fenced garden with flowers, the rim with four flower sprays, 27 cm. wide (2)
