The first an ivory netsuke depicting Hotei sitting on an oval base leaning on his treasure sack, smiling, with his robes open at the waist exposing his ample belly; the second an erotic ivory netsuke in the form of a standing mushroom, the head of the mushroom open to reveal an erotic subject; the third a lacquered wooden netsuke in the form of a temple bell
