Two Doucai dishes depicting scenes from "Tales from the Western Chamber", Kangxi (1662-1722)
decorated in various coloured enamels on underglaze blue, each with an outdoor scene of elegant ladies in a garden, one with an entertainer amusing them and the other with a musician playing the guqin -- 10 1/16in. (25.6cm.) diam. (2)
