A pale celadon jade model of an archaistic duck, Qianlong (1736-1795)
carved standing, with flattened geometrically angled beak bearing a leafing lotus bud that rests upon its back, the wings embellished with c-scrolls and incised key-fret borders -- 3 1/8in. (8cm.) wide.
