An ivory snuff bottle, late 19th Century
stained in black and red and decorated with two panels framed within a band, one depicting two elegant ladies in a garden, another with a pair of peacocks surrounded by peony and hibiscus, the shoulder and sides with leafy scrolls, the finial of conical form, Qianlong seal mark to base -- 4in. (10.2cm.) high
