A Tibetan gilt bronze model of a Lama, 17th/18th Century
the seated figure holding his hands in dharmachakra mudra, the gesture of teaching, holding also the stems of lotus flowers variously supporting a sword and manuscript, wearing layered robes and seated on a shaped double lotus base, wearing a serene expression on his cold-gold embellished face -- 6¾in. (17.1cm.) high.
