A Tibetan gilt bronze model of Shakyamuni, 15th/16th Century
seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base, his right hand reaching to the floor in bhumisparsha mudra the other gently resting to his lap, with a mild and serene expression, wearing a robe over his left shoulder exposing the tied under garment reaching the chest -- 13 7/8in. (35.2cm.) high.
