LATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXVI-XXX, 664-343 B.C.
Solid cast, depicted mummiform with the arms folded across the chest, his fisted hands emerging from beneath his vestment, right over left, holding a crook and flail, the details incised, wearing a multi-strand broad collar, the plumed atef-crown fronted by a uraeus, the plumes supported by ram horns, the eyes originally inlaid, his plaited chin beard curved out at its tip, on an integral trapezoidal plinth, a tenon below for insertion
