Standing together on a integral square plinth, the goddess clad in a tightly-fitted sheath to her mid calf, wearing a broad collar and armlets, her striated tripartite wig fronted by a uraeus and surmounted by a cobra modius, a projection above with a suspension loop at the back, her right hand cupping her left breast, her left hand on her son's back, the nude child-god striding with the left foot advanced perpendicular to his mother, wearing an amuletic pendant, a cap-crown fronted by a uraeus, and a plaited side-lock of youth, his left arm bent with the index finger extended to his lips, the fisted left hand at his side, part of a horizontal inscription on the base below Horus preserved reading, "An offering which Isis gives...," a partially-preserved tenon below for insertion
