Carved in sunk relief, the lunette with a pt-sign conforming to the rounded edge, a winged solar disk below with pendant snake-form Nekhbet and Wadjyt wearing the crowns of Upper and Lower Egypt respectively, an ankh between, stylized lotus or papyrus plants extending to each side, the main panel with three figures flanked by inward-facing was-scepters, the figure to the left likely the deceased as a mummy, Osiris seated to the right, wearing the plumed atef-crown, holding a crook and a flail, an offering-bearer, perhaps the son of the deceased, facing him, libating onto an offering table, wearing a long pleated kilt and sandals, with a bald pate
