A FRENCH AN IX REGULATION LIGHT CAVALRY SABRE; AND A FRENCH CHASSEUR OFFICER'S REGULATION SWORD

THE SECOND EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The first with Klingenthal arsenal inscription on the back incorporating the date 'Mai 1811', the hilt retaining its original leather-covered grip, with its original scabbard, and with arsenal stamps throughout; the second with curved blade (light pitting), brass hilt including three-bar guard, double langets, and original grip (scabbard missing).
