SECOND HALF OF THE 16TH CENTURY
With two-piece skull, high narrow cabled comb swept to the rear, the visor with horizontal sights with roped and recessed edges, the lifting-peg fitting into the pointed bevor, the latter slightly concave about the prow and pierced with circular breaths and later pairs of S-shaped slots (associated?), chinpiece, incised with linear bands throughout, and fitted with later neck lames (light pitting, the plume-holder and bevor locking-hook each missing).
